Hi, I use the FogBugz online service for customer support. It is very advanced webapp meant for project management but we just want a simple desktop interface that allows our customers to add "cases" (=support tickets), and review/answer old tickets. I have already implemented part of the software that can show a list of requests, the status, the insertion date, etc... and to open one request and look at it, but I'm not really good in GUI programming (nor c++), and no free time to implement it. The software should mimic some of the features that are already provided by the web interface of FogBugz, such as for example in-text links to other requests, attach files,... I will provide my help on clearing up how does the fogbugz system works, and how the API works, even tho it is very well documented. I will provide all the support about what features are required.
