C# search application for multimedia based on file header(not extension)

Hi, I can create simple desktop application usable on Windows (.exe file build on .net framework 3.5+) where user will select folder. Next program by using config file (you can add headers to search) will compare all files inside with specific headers. If there will be match application will show message inside application (".JPG found: <file_path>"). Application will not open these files, only inform user. Price for whole application will be 31$ and delivery time around 1-2 days. If you are interested please leave me message. I'm always making sample application first (in ~12h) to demonstrate how program will looks and works. This is small task but in desktop application we have careful about machine supports so I did these types of projects to support window 7/8 , window XP and make build with all necessary prerequisite which make project supportable for multi OS.
