C# 2010 SOAP 1.2 Client

I would like an application written to call the GoDaddy API. The documentation for the API is attached. The code is to be written in C# 2010 using SOAP 1.2 request. I would like the application to implement GetAuctionDetailsByDomainName. A domain name would be submitted to GoDaddy and xml would be received back and converted into an object with all fields as described under the GetAuctionDetailsByDomainName. Will need error handling in case the domain name is not listed on GoDaddy. Secondly I would the application to implement GetAuctionList. In this case a starting word for the domains would be supplied. The xml would be received back and converted into collection of objects with fields as described under GetAuctionList. Again error handling is required in case no results are returned.
