Desktop application that connects MT4 and Interactive Brokers.

Hi there, I read your project and it is interesting. I have build many applications to control MT4 instances, all of them in C#. Most developers have the tendency to use C++ to interact with MT4 because it is the same language it is built in, but the truth is that it is far better to work directly with C# as you suggest in your post. I am an IT engineer and I work exclusively with MT4/5 projects, including Interactive Brokers API Connection as well as other trading platforms. In your specific case, I can build a solution for your MT4 instance in C# to communicate with your Interactive Broker platform and replicate all trades and position updates that are executed from MT4 to IB API. This solution only includes a DLL connected to the EA installed in MT4; this DLL takes care of the connection with the IB API and to replicate all trading signals. From the MT4, you can control through the EA the volume to trade at the IB API and there is no need for further user intervention at all during the execution of the Trade Copy from MT4 to IB API, the C# DLL will take care of all details of the execution. Even though, as you mention in your project, I may also include a visible log on screen so you can monitor all signals that are copied to the IB API, I may include this as an option, so you can activate it from the EA with a true/false flag to show on-screen feedback.
