Construct ASP.NET Class and Service to verify user geolocation and determine if a user is using a VPN. If a VPN is identified then the user needs to be notified and at the same time prevented in proceeding to a page such as a checkout. Once the VPN has been disabled by the user they can proceed. It also needs to display basic information current IP address related resources such as the originating country name, a flag icon, date, and time. Data table and image resources will be supplied to the successful freelancer. The class resource needs to be compatible with ASP.NET 4.5.1 and written in C#. A sample integration page accessing class resources is required for testing also. This should be done as a standalone web form and a Master page based form. The resource needs to be made available as a web service that can be referenced from a registered user’s web page that also references an authorisation code on my web server that access data from a nearby SQL 2012 server within the same domain. “Bait and Switch” freelancers that do not stand by their quote will be culled.
