Automatic plate recognition with OpenCV on Linux

By using OpenCV open source computer vision libraries, developer should develop a software which aims to recognize vehicle plates and returns as a text. Software should meet the conditions below: * Use linux OS which has kernel 2.6.30 or later as development platform * The progress is image processing, not video processing. Images will be given by us. * Maximum process time for each image is 2 seconds * Vehicle plate should be outputted as a string or text * Minimum accuracy is %70 (software must recognise truely minimum %80 of images. * System must be adaptive for daylight * Documentation is crucial, it should be very proper and complete * Developer should send weekly at least 1 report about progress * Developer should send codes weekly although it is uncomplete. * Maximum development time is 4 weeks
