Create clone of OCX dll in c++

I would like a white paper on how to change the guid and name of a ocx without rebuilding the atl. I want to do this so I can have different versions of the ocx control used by different projects I know there other solutions like subclassing but we want to use a guid and name change method. We have done this with DLL but it's not working with OCX you could even explain what you did with the DLL in writeup I have existing OCX c++ project. I want to create same project with different GUID so that I can able to use both projects on same PC.
