Development of video system for 3D monocular measurement of object

Hello. Thanks for invitation. I have a PhD degree in mathematics and the best profile in image processing here. Also i have an extensive experience in video processing, especially in analysis of the road traffic videos. One of my projects was the number plate detection and recognition using the an input single camera video. I will develop an algorithm for you, which will perform the automatical extraction of the car blobs and will calculate the needed areas. I'm planning to use OpenCV lib for this.
