Hi I have used such programs where i work, i used C# based console application to do the same but i can convert it into Winforms application. But in our environment we know the names & versions of the browsers installed so it was easy to complete. In your case not all browsers might have the setting you opt for ie Opera 16 do not have a default home page setting and what we did was to ass the home page and several relevant pages to speed dials. So i can deliver you the source code on letting me know the browser names and versions we are going to deal with. once provided i should be able to deliver as expected. Ill provide you the software after testing it, but if testing not needed i can deliver a day earlier.
