Change wallpaper based on shortcut focus

Description: A program for windows xp sp2 which changes wallpaper based on which shortcut is being focused. Users dont have to click the shortcut, they simply hover and place their mouse on the shortcut to change the wallpaper. i.e : I have a Halo 4 shortcut on my desktop, when i place my mouse on that shortcut, the wallpaper will change to Halo 4 wallpaper i've set before. I don't have to click the shortcut, just focus on it to trigger the changes. (Windows actually show the description of that shortcut if you focus on it for a while, i want that function to be changed to wallpaper change) It's similar to xbmc's background change feature. Where the background will change to that movie wallpaper if you focus on a movie title. Click [login to view URL] if you're not familiar with XBMC.
