C++ and Matlab Programming

I can make both the C++ and MATLAB programs within 24 hours.I have gone through the document provided by you & found optimization part really intresting.I have done a similar project for aircraft data analysis.

I can get the program in C++ done in 24 hours. I can not do the MATLAB equivalent in 24 hours. This BID is only for the C++ program. I had worked on optimization problems previously. But I will definitely need clarification about the problem. The document attached is difficult to understand because of the way it is presented. If you can rewrite the specifications in an easy to understand language, I will get it done.
