Seeking a Database Programmer to develop a Grants Management Database for a Grants Consulting firm. This database will capture information on donors, proposals and grants awarded.
The database will include sections for fiscal information such as grants budgets, calendarization of grants, staff time and budget modifications to name a few. It will have to tie into program information.
There will also be a section for programmatic information such as grant sections, grant period, and program reporting.
The database must provide the ability to extract information from different sections to run such reports as cash flow analysis, monthy staff time, expense reports, donor giving, etc.
The programmer should have a minimum of 5 years experience developing databases. Should have extensive knowledge of access, C/C++, Windows Platform, MySQL. Should have excellent comunications skills and the ability to meet deadlines.

I've already coded database applications for VoIP and ISP billing systems. I just need detalied information on the layout of forms and the data you want included in the database. The application would be coded in Visual C 6.0 using the Jet database engine in conjunction with a MS Access database. It could also interface with a remote MySQL database (we've based our billing system on that DB). I just need more detailed information on your requirements.
