Assignment for Distributed Information System

An assignment for course "Distributed Information Systems". Since i am very busy with my current job now, hope a guy help to complete it. I would like the guy who bid this project can read through the attached question docuement and sample answer document first to ensure that can able to complete the project with satisfied and professional output.
