Dephi 2005 MYSQL programmer

Hi We are a small team of hardware and software engineers , who wish to speed up our developement times by outsourcing over 20 back logged projects. We idealy require a Delphi 2005 programmer or small team with the following expert experiences My SQL Internet interfacting of products TCP/IP Attractive GUI's Accounting skills Documentation and help files in English Customer service attitude The programmer or team chosen will need to work with us for "at least" 20 hours a week and meet the following criteria to allow us ot communicate and work together as a remote part of out team with a long term relationship. - MSN and Skype - Excellent Written english - Must be able to accomodate to work with us for at least 1 hour on three days a week on our time frame ( Australian eastern standard Time ) - Must be willing to file a weekly report on the progress and - Provide code at least bi weeky for trials and feed back - Provide work based on Quotes and paid only upon completion of individual stages - no upfront money is paid. - Provide Quotes within a 48 hour period Please provide in the "PMB" ( If not in the PMB your offer will be ignored ) the following detail , with (A) being your quote you offer a) Your price per 4 hour working day for 5 days (20 hours ) b) You specific skills - that you are EXPERT IN c) the skills you are good in d) Any Examples of the projects you have completed.
