I need an individual to search home sales websites and locate homes for sale and for rent by owner. Once target homes have been located, they will be sent specific emails in order to determine interest in lease purchase agreements. If interested, they will receive follow up emails in order to progress through the potential sales process. If interested in the service the information will then be provided to me to follow up with a hone call and continue the sales process. All work will be through web searches. Specific scripted emails will be provided. Individual would be expected to send initial emails to a minimum of 200 homes per week.
