Hi, my name is Miguel Alonso and I am a licensed GC and Architect based out of W. Palm Beach, Florida. I read through your description and it sounds like you just need someone to verify a complete set of plans and insure compliance with your list that everything is included. For the my bid would be $80 I expect it to take 3-4 hours per plan set (30 sheets). I would like to do a handful of them to see the work load, if any redlining, drawing, or comments to code adherence are required I would have to change my bid accordingly. Please keep in mind, I am a licensed GC also with construction experience. I am very familiar with plan review and always prided myself on the clarity and accuracy of my work. In addition, should you need anything further or for someone to provide sections or details to clarify drawings I am also able to provide those.
