Let me know if I'm on the right track. Do you have anything completed for the design? If not, I can put together some mockups for you. What kind of platform did you want the site built on, for example were you thinking of a wordpress site which would allow you to modify content and products or we could do a custom site which could include a content management system if you prefer. You would probably need some kind of backend admin area of the site which could be created to allow a management system for you to manage your clients. Stripe is a good payment gateway, I have used it before and its quite intuitive and easy to use. As for the other requirements you have, they are all fairly straight forward and achievable. Do you have a preference of programming language, I'm happy to use php but a better alternative would be ruby on rails that is starting to become the standard, which would speed up development time and into the future would be a better option all round.
