Designing an ad poster

I currently teach a "Global Communications Class" to Japanese businesspeople and as a class project, I want my students to experience outsourcing projects overseas. This time, I'm assigning my students to create an A3 sized advertising poster for this "Global Communication Course". I'm looking for someone to design this poster and since the entire outsourcing exercise will be part of the learning, you will need to be accessible via video Skype strictly during the following hours to do this work : 12/7(Wed) 20:00-21:30 (JST) Being interviewed by the students whether they will choose you for the job and if so they will explain to you on how they would like the posters to be like. Of course, you can make suggestions. The deadline of the first draft will be by 12/12(Mon) 24:00 (JST). 12/14(Wed) 19:30-21:00 (JST) You will need to appear via video Skype with the first draft and will discuss with the students and make the necessary changes while discussing with the students. You will create with the students the final deliverable by 21:00 and send it to me. Here are the requirements for this project: 1. Broadband connection Since you will appear on video Skype, you will need a good broadband connection. 2. Fixed schedule Since this is a LIVE class, you will have to appear via skype two times: 12/7(Wed) 20:00-21:30 (JST) and 12/14(Wed) 19:30-21:00 (JST). This is in JAPANESE TIME. 3. At least 1 rating Since I don't want to take any risks (freelancers that don't show up in the second session), you'll have to have at least one good rating to bid on this project (I will not select anyone who hasn't been rated). 4. Bid amount Since this is a class room project, the maximum price I am willing to pay is $60. 5. Skype address You will need to let me know your Skype address beforehand so if we decide to talk to you we can reach you during 12/7(Wed) 20:00-21:30 (JST). As said earlier, you MUST make yourself available on 12/14(Wed) 19:30-21:00 (JST) if chosen to design the poster for revisions. 6. First draft deadline You will have to submit the first draft by no later than 12/12(Mon) 24:00 (JST). 7. Format I have Illustrator CS4 so you can send me the original file and along with a JPEG file just in case I can't open it. If there are many bidders, I'll narrow down to three people and let you know so you can standby on 12/7(Wed) 20:00-21:30 (JST). The quality of the advertising poster is important but since this is a classroom project, the whole outsourcing experience (i.e. explaining to you the image, communicating to make changes after you create the first draft) is much more important.
