Need BLDC Out-runner Motor of o/p approximate to 160 rpm/v and ESC Design. Battery would be around 60 V. Use any Software but open source software would be preferred. This is not a visual design or picture project. This is actual Simulation Desing, FEA, Circuit design project.

Hello I'm an R&D engineer and PMSM, BLDC and universal motor deign specialist. But unfortunately I don't have enough electronics knowledge to design a reliable electronics. I would recommend my design of the motor and use of some commercial electronics. I can help you to choose one. If you are interested in BLDC outrunner design, you should provide some additional data. Like approximate outher dimensions of the motor, Shaft power at 160 RPM (witch is a bit low, but I will check the possibility), allowed torque ripple and cogging torque.
