Dear Sir, as an architect using AutoCad on daily basis and constantly modifying floor plans, etc. I believe I can do the task you demand fast and accurate as it sounds to be an easy one. Depending on the time taken for modifications can agree on a lower payment as well, because changing a few things usually does not take me long, so I do not see the point of overpaying such a project.
