Architectural Drafting - Convert Sketches to AutoCAD

I have put together 6 sketches of my property, which include a basement level, 4 apartments and a roof. This is a townhouse where each unit is stacked on top of another and most of the floor space is identical between apartments. The top 3 apartments are actually identical. The 1st floor apartment is 95% the same as the others. The basement is not identical, but has the same footprint. The roof is essentially empty and has the same footprint as well. I'd like to have the sketches, with accurate measurements (provided), converted to AutoCAD plans. They should include all aspects of the building which are necessary to be accepted by the Department of Buildings in New York City. This will include plumbing, electrical and HVAC systems. Once I have accurate plans, I will have you make another set that indicate the new floor plan. The new floor plan entails the removal of several walls and the creation of one additional wall in each unit. In addition, the western bathroom wall will be moved about 1.5 feet to the west. You will not be asked to do any actual design work as that has been pre-determined. Please review the attached documents and the New York City Department of Buildings code in order to understand the exact scope of the work.
