Designer needed to create a template for web shop

Need an experienced designer to design a company logo and template for an ecommerce website.. just the design .. no coding or programming.. This project is time sensitive so if you cannot complete this in 7 days max.. please do not bid. hit me up on the discussion board to discuss further requirements and to address an issue, questions, and / or concerns. The web site is gonna be for cellphones, accessories and cellphone unlocking services.. something similar to this www.wirefly.com. However for the layout/design concept i want it to look like this [login to view URL] (simple, clean, professional) .. for the color scheme .. i want something brighter.. lots of white.. blue and red .. On the mexgrocer site, instead of the static banner in the middle i want 6 (six) flash banners (similar to what is on [login to view URL]) .. now the theme for the banners should all be different models of cellphones IE blackberry storm, palm pro, htc touch pro etc .. So you should come up with a way to design 6 such banners with stock pic of the phones etc .. Think of it as a banner ad .. pic .. and a few words highlighting our different phones and services for the logo the name of the company is beigephone and its all about cellphones.. some you should come up with creative ways to blend all that in.. The target market is US consumers .. bandwidth is not that restrictive but still .. the graphics and images should be sharp and as lean as possible.. a great looking template / banner that takes forever to load does nobody no good. Remember this is just for the design part .. I have someone doing the programming / coding etc just gonna need this design template.. and the flash banners to do his part. Quite a few people asked about shopping cart. Its definitely gonna Open Source either magento or OScommerce .. 80% chance it's OSCommerce. 2. I know there are thousands of ready-made templates out there. If i wanted to use any of those, I wouldn't have posted this bid request. Note this is a request for custom template based on the sample site provided ([login to view URL]) please do not waste my time by offering a generic ready-made magento or OSCommerce template. 3. Navigation details, layout etc should mimic the sample site ([login to view URL]). Check it out, study it. 4. Images are cellphone stock images nothing proprietary. I can provide those but your are responsible for editing (cropping, resizing etc) and arranging the images in such a consistent manner to enhance the overall flow of the site. 5. Couple of people mentioned using jquery instead of flash for the banner. That is acceptable as well. 6. Again, thanks guys for your interest if you wanna please a bid go ahead.
