Create Simple 2D Images / eBooks covers

I am looking for someone to create THREE **Extremely Professional* looking, 2D (two dimensional) report cover for me. Please read all of the following and let me know if you totally understand. Here is a sample of what I am looking for: [login to view URL],204,203,200_PIsitb-sticker-arrow-click,TopRight,35,-76_AA300_SH20_AA278_PIkin4,BottomRight,-49,[login to view URL] #1- I need the finished cover as a vertical rectangle-shaped, not square image,. #2- I need you to give me the COVERS in two different sizes; a- One needs to be 960 X 1280 pixels and b- The other needs to be 600 X 800 AND under 127KB in file size. Both must be saved as JPG images. #2- All images MUST be 100% royalty free (I need to know exactly WHERE you will get the images from to verify that they are) #3- I will give you the textual content that should be placed on each of the covers, i.e. Title, Subtitle, Author's Name, etc. #4- This will be a work for hire, meaning that I will own all of the rights to the finished cover, you must be willing to sign a contract stating this. I do these in about 5 minutes each so DO NOT BID more than $3.00 for each cover. I need three for now and will need more in the very near future from you. Bid for three now. Thanks.
