Description of a non-profit foundation

Need a professional description for a non-profit foundation's mission and activities. We need the freelancer to discuss what we have in mind and then write 1/2 pages on the same. Brief description: One Foundation as a Non- governmental, Non-political and Non-profit foundation aims to improve the living standards of the poor people by overcoming the poverty level in the country through provision of basic necessities to them, without any discrimination with respect to race, color, religion, gender, national origin, disability, age, social status, or political ideologies / affiliation, with the co-operation of other societies and own funds, by having a virtue of morality, humanity, integrity and fairly distribution of funds. Bcos many poor student gets disappoint in life bcos of no proper facility at house no proper power supply or poverty with their parents..so my wish to make a library and make them reach their goal happily..
