Changes to PHP Project Management System

PHP Project Management system has been created and manged by another coder we worked with at RAC, but is no longer available to do work. We have some errors and updates we'd like to make to the "CPMS" system. The system is entirely php based, with a few dhtml scripts. We have the following errors we'd like fixed. We hope that this will get the coder acclimated with the system so that they can do future updates on it. Errors: 1) When a "Lead" is turned into a "Project," the lead appears to be deleted completely. The lead should change status to "Won," and get archived so that we may go back and look at the files, etc. This means that the admin panel, where admin sets up status, needs to ask the admin to designate one lead status as the "won" status. 2) "Last Modified By" feature is not working in the Projects Main page. This keeps track of who last modified the project. 3) Resources We have the ability to add resources and quick links at the admin page. this should appear on the user's "My Account" page....however, only links appears (and not resources). ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform to work on all major browsers
