We are looking for Australian timezone support. We are looking for part time support for our small online business loans company. We provide business loans to businesses in Australia and we are a responsible and legitimate lender. KEY TASKS At a high level, we are looking for someone to complete the following activities: - review of business' bank statements to verify sales and assess certain debits and credit. This is then entered into Excel is used (by us) to make a credit decision(this is well suited to book-keeping and financial management experience) - compilation of client identification documents for review - email correspondence with clients - maintaining simple CRM record for the company - completing short form (and simple) credit assessments according to specified checklists KEY SKILLS Book keeping skills Solid excel skills Good written and verbal communication Thoroughness/attention to detail HOURS OF WORK The business isn't high volume and we can commit to approx. 3 hours per day (neg) over 2 shifts to correspond with the flows of the work. It may grow over time. We propose the shifts are AEST 9-10.30 and 4-5.30 and these can be adjusted over time.
