Attendance System for Employees through Bio-metric and Mobile Number

Before making any bid please read the project description carefully. We will not give any payment in advance. We will not even create the milestone for the project before we check your 50% work. After you show your 50% successful work, we will review it and release the 50% payment of the project alongwith the milestone. We will not increase the budget in any conditions. So, don't try to blackmail us for increasing the budget. After the completion of the project, the whole code of the application will be our property. Code will be given to us completely. Designing the banners of logo will be done at your end. We are looking for an attendance system to be made for employees. Generally there are bio metric systems installed in all the offices, even then there are many loopholes which are always used to give proxy attendance by the employees. We want that our application will stop all these activities. Our app will be installed in the mobile phones of the users. At the time of placing attendance, an OTP will be generated and that OTP is to be added on the Bio-metric machines and after thumb impression or visual impression of the employee, this validation will be completed and attendance will be accepted. Not only this thing, at the time of OTP validation, this app will be tracking their exact location near to their mobile operator tower also. Which means that if that employee bunks the office or their duties then their exact location can be checked on daily basis that at the time of their office hours, what was the exact location of that employee. All the reports will be sent on the mail of their admin or reporting heads on daily, weekly and monthly basis. There will be an admin panel of this app which will work on PC and app should be compatible for all kind of mobiles if they have internet facility on their mobile or not but it will work for sure. If that user don't have the internet facility then it will send OTP on their mobile message inbox and if they have internet facility and installed our android or iPhone app then again OTP will be sent on their App notification and mobile number and inbox too. Email console or OTP console will be made by developers. Signup using social media platforms will also be there. There complete attendance will be on their dashboard which even they can check anytime. And if they are taking any leave or doing bunk from their office then it should send alerts to their reporting managers and 2 other senior people of their department. All the leaves throughout the year, should be available on their calendar on their dashboard on their mobile app. All the files will be hosted on our server not developer's server. Everything related to this project will be our property, developers are only makers of the app. An MoU and NDA will be signed with the developers which means that they can never ever copy our idea or sell it to others.
