Hi, I will provide my details in your questions: 1) What is your background (profile) - I am a Chartered Accountant having 6 years of experience in the field of accounting, Finance and Taxation. 2) What all sections will be included in the process definition? - Step-wise Accounting Process with description (billing, income and expenses recognition, flow of accounting etc.) - Stages at which taxation will arise - State-wise tax rates and rules, if nature of transaction attracts state tax. - Central tax applicablity 3) How much time you need for the same? - I need 15 days to make presentation on entire process involved. 4) What will you need from me? - I need business concept i.e. all process involved in the business. I'm an accountant & business consultant by profession. In the past, I had involved in process & operational evaluation for Penang Port Malaysia that manage by Penang Port Sdn Bhd (Pte Ltd),merger & acquisition & privatisation exercise. Under Penang Port exercise, the work is to determine the best possible combination of available resources to produce efficient operational model to be modified & use at then their new Butterworth dock. Since this work is about setting up an accounting and/or financing process, we need to clarify the work scope clearly since there is a major difference between setting up an accounting and/or a financing process. Financing process deal with securing investment & accounting process deal with reporting requirement that lead to the reported result being used to influence investment decision. Assuming we are to setup an accounting process, without going into detail, there will be 5 section to be included in the process definition with one process need to be clarified by you. Process definition takes 80% of the total work since this need to be in compliance with Indian Tax and certain law (that may not confine to Process law alone).The remaining 20% is documenting the process flows & their expected result. This will be in a flowchart or system documentation style. This work requires 14 working days or maximum 3 week to finish. Appoint me so we can start defining process parameter for 1 of the process.
