Audio/songs upload site for producers, in ASP.NET

Here's my website, now in ASP: [login to view URL] I need to create a new area for producers and labels where they can promote their music, by uploading it thru an upload form, after login or creating an account. My server: Windows Server 2008 R2 - Plesk - SQL EXpress 2008 R2 It will be a pay site, with Paypal payment system. Let's imagine I'm a producer, I start on Landing page with price, explanation and a log box. 1- I register so I fill a form with all my credentials name, company, address, country, Email, telephone, etc.. 2- I login 3- I'm on a menu page with my song list where I can - Add a new song - Modify a song 4- Add a song: (create an entry in SQL database and store the elements) there will be a form to upload simultaneously 3 mp3's(remix1, remix2, remix3), a cover picture, artist name field, title of the song field, label namefield, biography field,date of release field with a calendar widget, and a un-publish check box, to unpublish the song. There is also a "countries" list: to check, so we can allow download by French DJs only, Canadians only, ... or all countries. The country list is built by looking in a country field in DJs table "FR" "UK" "US" etc... 5- Once uploaded, if anything is missing I can come back later and modify, or re-upload some elements. The elements will be stored in a secure folder bellow the website http root. 6- I have already my music player, check here: [login to view URL] the site will have to run a command line tool to generate the waveform picture. I have this tool already on the server, I'll give you the code, but you'll have to transform the mp3 into wave, run the tool, and delete the wave once done. 7- There is also a command line tool to be ran to create a preview mp3s, mixed with an audio marker file, the code already exists, check my website's epk page. 8- on the create/modify page of the song, there's a paypal link, with variables var1:"promoitem", var2:user_id, var3:song_id, var4:price When it's paid, check a "paid" field in song_table, and a "Paid" text will appear on the song page, with a link to a printable invoice in html. 9- The DJ Download? I'll take care of it. The template? Please use my html/jquery/template... I'm here if you have any question.
