Silverlight component for scanning with WIA

In Silverlight 5, I require to create a component for scanning from WIA scanners, the component must return a list of WIA scanners connected locally or through network to the machine client, scanned images should be stored in the file system on the local machine or on a remote path. The component must allow to check the pages to be scanned so that the Silverlight application controls when the scanner completes scanning documents. The mechanism should support high-performance scanners to scan multiple documents. The component should not require installing any client side, you can use PInvoke to some library in C or C++ called from C#. The component must be able to use WIA's dialog boxes for scanning.
