asp integrate commands to use he cmd sm dos in browser

hi i have a website that makes somes process with a database in acces for now, but i need to open the cmd ms dos command windows but not the one in the local windows of the person who is using or viewing the site, but to open the cmd ms dos command windows of the server , in other words open the ms dos command windows of the dedicated server and attach command throught asp, or javascript or html or any way, the reazon of this is because normaly the site in asp, when i view it in local it has a folder with some files inside that are made to be opened and viewed throught the cdm ms dos command shell of windows and i can do it in local but when i have tried to do it the site on the server online i can only made to open the ms dos sheel command windows of the local machine that is viewing the site throught the internet, and i can't so far that way open the folder and the files in exe that are allocated in the server ,so i suppose that if i can get to open, view, the ms dos command shell windows of the server throught the internet throught the asp script or javascript or whatever, i can make it, or any other way that u can make it, so the final point of all of this is just one, open the folder that is inside the root of the page and open the exe files that are inside especifically throught the ms dos sheel command windows, and send a record from a table that is converted in xml file and send that converted xml file to the exe file in the folder, becasue that exe file especifically makes some intrucctions and resend that xml file to another location, so again my point of all of this is just one, open the folder that is inside the root of the page and open the exe files that are inside especifically throught the ms dos sheel command windows, and send a record from a table that is converted in xml file and send that converted xml file to the exe file in the folder, so if u have any ideas about this or suggestion , let me know, i am open to any ideas or options and changes, first the site is made in asp vb code with database in access,use javascript and html
