desktop clock application needed

I need a small desktop application created (for Win XP), a clock that loads to the desktop from its own (icon) shortcut (exe file), the clock must have a graphic element in it (a logo that I will provide), this is a simple project that calls for a simple and clean desktop application. This needs to be a clean and simple application, packed in a rar or zip file, light, opens into a readme and exe file, easy to install (and un install) and should be nice looking, there is no importance to changing skins or types of clocks. Please note that this project is time sensitive and failure to deliver the project in time will result in termination and non compensation, the application must be original and made for this project, no 3rd party applications will be accepted (unless open code). Samples of past works will be welcome.
