ASSOCIATED CONTENT BULK ARTICLE AUTOMATED UPLOAD PROGRAM NEEDED

n need of a programmer that can make a simple program that would allow me to upload about 20 articles at most per associated content account. I would need the programmer to look at the publish section of the site, and allow the program to give me the same individual options similar to if I uploaded the articles manually. Once I select the options and attach the articles, I need the program to mass upload all files that I have attached. The program must also be compatable with Hide My Ip and / or other IP changing programs. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me. The program can be for Windows or Mac.
