Hi I need the following developed asp.net/vb.net GDI + code that does the following, take background image and renders text over it and saves to disk or if it is allready on the disk doesnt save. I have an in system memory image capture from a camera that produces YCbCr422 images. Rows are dword aligned. Bit depth is 8. Channels is 3. I need MFC/VC++ a routine to blit this as fast as possible to the screen while at the same time decimating it in both X and Y by a factor of 4.
