All URL's have several internal links (same domain), so search level will be +1 in depth (means follow ONLY 1st internal links of all URL). Then the phone number must be scraped even if its hidden in source code. A phone number typically is a number or a sequence of numbers that start either with 0 or with + (international format). Then it would catalog under each category what happened individually. So for example it would have a category of "Oral Questions" that the topic is "Teachers’ labour dispute" and "Ms. Andrea Horwath" said "her paragraphs here". This is just an example though.
