I would need Autocad files in the end, whoever is awarded.

Dear Contest Holder, I have a few question on the following in regards to the Google Docs attachment:
1. Is the long dark grey box on the east side of the boundary line an adjoining building or a fence? May I know the approximate height? This may affect the design.
2. Is the light grey box on south a neighbouring lot or building (if yes please advise height) ?
3. Please advise on the building setback distance on all sides.
4. Please share site location if you don't mind. Thanks.
