Source code and schematics for Internet enabled microcontrolled continuity tester

B) Microcontroller full source code must be provided, along with information on how to edit it, translate LCD phrases, compile and burn the final version into the microcontroller. All LCD sentences must be grouped, in one place, in source file, to make translation easier. C) Develop the serverside PHP code - web admin panel with a MySQL database and a PHP portal that will communicate with microcontroller.
