Please READ! How to add a star rating to user submitted POSTS in Wordpress?

I want to allow users to create a POST in Wordpress on a particular page where they can leave a STAR RATING (Reviews Page). In other words, the user will click on REVIEWS in the MENU. On that page I will have user submitted POSTS that will actually be REVIEWS. These POSTS will come from a WPForms form that I have created that will allow users to write a POST. The form already has the star rating, the user just clicks the rating. But when the form is submitted the STARS do not show anywhere.

PLEASE do not waste my time and yours if you do NOT know how to make this happen. I'm not looking for someone that can figure it out. I'm looking for someone that KNOWS how to do it.

I am using WPForms and the addon user submitted forms. Like I said, the form itself is already set up. Its just when a user submits the form I do not get a star rating back.

Thanks for taking the time to read this. I don't know if we need to use a STARS RATING Plugin to go with WPForms or what. Hopefully one of you know how to do this.
