Create 3D model of an ice cream scoop product

I'm looking for a superstar 3D product designer to work with over the coming months. The role will entail designing 3D rendering/modeling of some simple consumer products, like an ice cream scoop and a water pitcher.
To begin with, I would like you to bid a fixed price for a specific project that can be a starting point for longer-term employment. This should be a quick, simple and fun task for someone with the right skills.
Here's the brief:

I am interested in producing an ice cream scoop product. I am working with a factory to produce a custom made product and need to provide them with some detailed drawings to assist them.
The product we will design together will be a near identical copy of this existing item:

We will work together to customize the product with an "etched" product name printed onto the handle. We'll also use a different colour for the handle. I can provide you with detailed photos of the scoop product that we will imitate.
Your task will be to create the following images: top/aerial view, bottom view, and side profile view. The product is made of three parts; plastic core, metallic scoop, and rubber handle. We will also need to provide drawings of these three parts. Here is a photo with these parts: [url removed, login to view]
The final image should include dimensions, which I will be able to assist with.
