Looking for Strong MySQL Developer

Hello,
I'm looking for strong MySQL Developer (You can call it also DBA), for atleast 5 hours each week.
* The developer will use also ScreenshotMonitor (App that record the time & takes a screenshot of the work, every task need's to be recorded) - MUST!
Tasks:
1. Understand the relationship in the database.
2. Start creating a complex queries / procedures
3. Optimization of the existing queries / procedures / events / triggers / tables.
- Nice to have:
Knowledge in clusters, data nodes, sql nodes,
Knowledge of creating bash scripts for backups & restoring data.
** The database is on production state **
I will explain more in private.
P.S: I don't work with agencies, i work with independent developers (database field).
If you web developer and don't doing complex queries, procedures, events, triggers, big data / big databases (over 100GB)!
