Automate Few Steps in a Web Aplication

I need to automate those steps that are shown in attached video.
So i want to click on a exe program that opens Internet explorer , inserts the password, , click on that, insert values, click, click, right click .. exactly how you see and the last click that means to Activate all that things that it was inserted... The last click should be at 9:00 Romania time. Exactly 9:00 so it be posted at 9:00. The timing is everything here on the last click.
As i discoverred it can be done with a IE Webdriver and Selenium. The web app works only on Internet Explorer but webdrivers are made for IE also.
