joombla ecommerce site host problems

Hello:

Have a large website that the current hosting company was unable to handle, my webguy is also unsure of what to do. We have transferred the site , changed the DNS, asked the old server to transfer to new server (they work together) [login to view URL] to ModVPS, we were assured tht files were transferred and that problems would be resolved.

Well still not resolved, need help getting this straightened out.
