Need someone to research competition and think of ideas for YouTube videos

I run a channel inside of the "probability comparison" niche on YouTube. I am looking for someone to research competition and what worked well previously for the channel and to creatively think of new ideas for videos on the channel.
This job is partially research and partially creative thinking. An example of the creative process would be:
1. Searching "probability comparison" on YouTube search
2. Noticing that a video about "Reasons You're Bullied" performed very well
3. Watching a little bit of the video / scrolling through comments to get a feel for what the audience liked, or what stood out
4. Think of a new idea that's double-downing on it: such as a video idea about "insecurities" or "unattractive traits"
In this case, the deliverable would be "insecurities" or "unattractive traits.
You would not have to research any data regarding the ideas you think of. Bonuses will be available if a topic does exceptionally well. You would also have access to the analytics of previous videos on my channel, so you can gauge what worked best with the audience.
Overall, it's a pretty fun job but it can get a bit tedious since sometimes you would have to work with creative burn-out. I'm excited to hire someone for it!
