WebRTC chat built into website

I am a teacher and looking to add lesson functionality into my website so a student can choose a lesson appointment (either live or in the next few hours) and then be connected to me to conduct the lesson via 2 way video. In short I am looking for someone wiht experience with [login to view URL] (or similar) who can do some custom php scripting to make it run in a wordpress website.
