webpage scrapping

Hi,
I need a PHP 7.X script that will scrap the details from one webpage [login to view URL] and enter the details in MySql. Please check the page to make sure you can scrap it, before you bid, as I tried to scrap it with some scrapping websites and they failed.
If you look at that page, you will see that there are 3 fields called: News Releases, Financial Reports and Sec Filings, each containing 10 Releases/Reports/Fillings. If you click on More for each field, it will upload more entries - I would like the script, if possible to get 50 entries from each field.
I need the script to read from the page the info for each of the news (release time, symbol, report type (where applicable), title, Company title (where applicable), form type (where applicable) and the link that takes you to the article when you click on it), and enter them in Mysql, unless the news are already there (the news stay on the webpage for few hours and if I run the script more often, I do not want duplicates in my Mysql).
In Mysql I have other articles from some rss feeds including one from [login to view URL] (but I want to scrap the webpage because I do not trust the rss feed). Finally, i need the script linked to my main script (freshrss) through the Upload button (that upload the rss feeds) on main page so when I update the rss feeds, it also runs the webpage scraping script to update the Mysql with the new news from the webpage. The info from scrapped webpage have to be added in Mysql under the rss feed from [login to view URL]
and using the same format.
