Upload Excel data to MYSQL database with Google Authenticator verify (PHP code)

Function description
User will upload excel sheet(according to our format) to our platform with xls and xlsx format with google authenticator code valid
1. A page for user to register their google authenticator APP for "first time"
2. Everytime upload excel user must enter google authenticator code to double verify

3. A excel is about 10 field, ignore the first row (title row), others row all data please insert into MYSQL database.
4. All the PHPcode insert into MYSQL must be in parameter field to prevent injection. I will provide the format of code for this.
