need the javascript embed integrated into a shopify app that will do the following:

have a page where merchants can input their api credentials (with a disclaimer where they can get such api credentials.)

the page template with javascript embed that merchant can publicize on their page.

this is the final result of javascript embed.

and the java embed code.

the previous developer, created an app and some files; but he was having trouble getting whatever working properly. so his entire work can be deleted, idc.

let me know cost and time frame for completion.
