Im an individual seeking work on my website. I know how to code but need help due to time constraints. I would like to build an audio scanner application on my site using brython.

After user uploads an audio file type of either WAV, MP3, AIFF, MP4
user clicks start task and it scans the audio and places a spectral graph of the audio file
and it will give a notice on the page which specifies if the file meets the ITU-R BS.1770-4 standard and displays information for the audio which includes Khz, bit depth and sample rate and LUFS rate.

Im looking for the following:

2. The audio gets analyzed and a plot of the audio file is displayed.

5. The audio scan results show the following:
1. Print Displays random audio scan report#
2. Print Displays Owner of the file (if available)
3. Print Displays the file type, KHz, Bit rate, Sample rate and LUFS rate of audio file,
