repair club locator map on my dedicated server

I have a mapping script on my dedicated server that is no longer working. I have approximately 875 locations that need to be geocoded and pinpoints on the map. When viewer clicks on pinpoint, it shows info from my csv file. The script is installed, but when I upload the csv file through the admin interface, it uploads my file. I then click "import" and am getting errors that addresses cannot be found. I think it is a problem with google api. I MUST be able to geocode all good addresses in csv file. I can provide csv file and access to script and server.

Warning: Gardendale AL. Address '970 Main Street Gardendale AL 35071 U S A' not found in google database.
