Main project has 4 sections to complete and you need to have knowledge / skills / experience in PHP, MySQL, Javascript, jQuery ajax and Css to successfully complete it.
1. Please make sure that you're knowledgeable in All above mentioned script / programming languages including PHP, MySQl and Javascript, if you're not good at one of these languages then please prevent placing your BID.
2.1 The 4 sections are about making wordpress plugins, Admin WHMCS plugin/module (Easy Help Documentation available), Client area pages and API, there will be some background functions to help these script activitys.
I have created a "Project Summary" divided to 4 sections with short instructions and Imaginary images (but not limited) to let you know what needs to be built and I highly recommend you to go through that content of the project summary before you're going to BID on this project by visiting this link:

You'll need to create and do everything which is explained in the project plans after you accept the project and these scripts needs to be developed on the provided server from the beginning.
I will provide a temporary site installation with CPanel access on my server to develop and test the scripts, it’ll be a must to have a very good communication while working on the project and every section of the project needs to be customized as I want them to be before each section of the project is completed. I will monitor the development of this project every day to make sure that it’s on the right track.
No encryption methods used in any part of the scripts.
Payment Terms & conditions:
2.2 This project has a deadline period of 30 days and everything related to the project needs to be completed within 30 days after you accept the project (refer to: [login to view URL])
3. There are 4 milestone payment/deposit sections in the project plan and each deposit will be 25% from your BID value.
3.1.1. Milestone Deposit - 1 Section Start --- (Day 1) - (First Milestone will be deposited after you accept the project.)
3.1.2. Milestone Deposit - 1 (50%) Section Check Point --- (In Day 4) - (If not completed up to this point, not started, done very little or if your work is unsatisfactory within 4 Days after project accepted then This project will be awarded to another Freelancer and you agree to fully refund the milestone deposits/payments.)
3.1.3. Milestone Deposit - 1 (100%) Section End --- (Day 8) - (If not completed up to this point in 8 Days after project accepted then you agree to fully refund the milestone deposits/payments.)
3.2. Milestone Deposit - 2 Section Start --- (Day 9) - (Second Milestone will be deposited)
End (Day 15) -- (If not completed up to this point in 15 Days after project accepted then you agree to fully refund the milestone deposits/payments.)
3.3. Milestone Deposit - 3 Section Start --- (Day 16) - (Third Milestone will be deposited)
End (Day 22) -- (If not completed up to this point in 22 Days after project accepted then you agree to fully refund the milestone deposits/payments.)
3.4. Milestone Deposit - 4 Section Start --- (Day 23) - (Fourth Milestone will be deposited)
End (Day 30) -- (If not completed up to this point in 30 Days after project accepted then you agree to fully refund all milestone deposits/payments.)
3.5 You’ll need to send me a progress report with details once every 5 days and before I can made a milestone payment/deposit.
Conditions: Only place your BID if you accept all terms and conditions and after reading the complete project summary, after you completed each one of the 4 milestone sections I’ll take some time to check and make sure everything is properly built, bugs free and completed with all it’s functions as required and when I’m 100% satisfied with your work then I’ll release each milestone payment.
